Form Factor:

Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX is 130.7 x 68.9 x 9 mm thick, with a weight of 145 g.  Sony Xperia S almost same comes with a size of 128 x 64 x 10.6 mm, and come up littel lighter than the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX is the weight of 144 g. Sony Xperia S is a striking device is a lot to the next curvature or softening in the corners. In contrast to this back panel really smooth, which does not provide some interesting contrasts?

Another important visual tweak is that the display takes precedence over the body work; Motorola comes with Gorilla Glass protection which is different where as Sony comes with its own Sony Mobile BRAVIA Engine, and also scratch protection glass to.

Storage

Motorola is providing 8GB of internal memory with 1GB of RAM and micro SD slot up to 32GB with additional storage cards.

Latest handset from Sony has huge internal memory of 32GB but no card slot and 1GB RAM. Unfortunately, Sony has decided to release the regular card slot on a particular model, which is a little embarrassing. Motorola Razr holds the trump card for the round with micro SD capability.

Both phones are brilliant and have a lot to grab the market’s attention, but the Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX seems to be much better than the Xperia S because of its market price which is little less as compare to sony.

Motorola DROID RAZR MAXX will price around $490 where as Sony Xperia S will priced around $587.5.
